A lifetime of healthy eyes and good vision
Vision facilitates the development of a child’s brain; it increases job opportunities and allows adults to drive; it retains independence for seniors. Vision makes it possible for us to better experience the wonders of the world, from natural marvels to the smile of loved ones.
Since 1966, Prevent Blindness Northern California has protected and preserved the vision health of children and adults in our communities so that we can continue to enjoy all the benefits of sight. Find out more about our History, Mission, and Services.

Check out Alexandra's Story.
Alexandra drew the most gorgeous picture of a flower today. She can see clearly now thanks to PBNC’s vision screening. Take action. Give the gift of sight. Text PBNC to the number 50555 and give $10 to screen the vision of 2 children.
